At Art & Coffee, we balance the freshness of our beans with the precision of our gallery prints. Because these items are produced differently, they have specific shipping journeys.
1. Fresh Roasted Coffee
Dispatch: Our coffees are packed fresh to order. We endeavour to dispatch within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Orders made after 4pm will be processed the next working day.
Carrier: UK deliveries are securely handled by Royal Mail Tracked services, giving you peace of mind with end-to-end online tracking updates.
UK Shipping Rates: * Standard Tracked Delivery (Tracked 48): £3.95 (2–4 business days)
Express Tracked Delivery (Tracked 24): £4.95 (1–2 business days — available on orders up to £34.99)
Free UK Coffee Shipping: Applies automatically to any UK coffee orders over £35.
Local Pickup: Free local collection is available from our Roastery (Unit 2B, Redburn Industrial Estate, Enfield) between 10am–5pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email notification with specific pickup instructions as soon as your fresh roast is ready.
2. Art Prints & Framed Gallery Sets
Free UK Shipping: We offer Free Tracked Shipping on our Matisse Series Art Prints within the UK.
Production & Delivery: Our art pieces are custom printed and framed to order via our premium partner network to ensure gallery quality. Your piece will be produced locally and typically arrives within 3–5 working days from order placement, complete with full tracking details.
Packaging: All frames are shipped in specialized, robust, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Smart & Eco-Friendly Shipping: We utilize a global production network to print your art as close to your delivery location as possible. This ensures remarkably fast transit times and a significantly reduced carbon footprint.
3. Combined Orders
If you order coffee beans and art prints together, they will always arrive in separate packages. This ensures your coffee arrives at peak freshness and your delicate art remains fully protected from any moisture or aroma transit issues.
4. International Delivery
Coffee: International shipments for coffee products are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and location, dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Art Prints: Fulfilled seamlessly across the globe (including the USA and Europe) using our smart local studio printing network to ensure rapid, cost-effective delivery.
